Educational purpose
Utility Willow provides technical analysis training focused on Fibonacci retracement practice. Content on this site is for education only and is not personal financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.
Bookings and confirmation
Listed prices are informational. A place in a workshop, lab, coaching session, or intensive is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you receive written confirmation. We may decline a booking if a session is full or unsuitable for your experience level.
Conduct
Participants agree to use charts and materials provided during sessions for personal learning only, and not to record sessions without prior written consent.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep schedules and descriptions current. If details change, we will notify confirmed participants by email or phone.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Utility Willow is not liable for trading losses arising from decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
